Tell Politicians to Pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act!
Joe Biden and the radical left are determined to crush our gun rights before they lose control of Congress in 2022 using a combination of Executive Orders and the worst gun control legislation that has ever been introduced in Congress!
That’s why North Carolina State Representative Keith Kidwell has filed the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA,) which would nullify federal gun control laws by requiring that North Carolina peace officers only enforce North Carolina laws when it comes to firearms and ammunition!
Now it’s time that the rest of the legislature do their jobs and get this bill passed.
This law passed in Missouri last year and survived the court challenge. Despite that, a growing number of anti-gun moderate Republicans in the House are threatening to join to radical left to shut this bill down in 2022!
Don’t let them get away with it, as Biden’s Executive Orders attacking guns are right around the corner!
