Renew Your Membership In the North Carolina Firearms Coalition for 2023!

After a two-year battle to save our gun rights from the relentless attacks of Joe Biden and the Radical Left, gun owners across America were hoping for a ‘Red Wave’ on Election Night.

In fact, many of us expected it. I know I did.

But as we all know, that’s not what happened in Washington.

Gun owners appear to have ousted Nancy Pelosi and US House Democrats only narrowly, and in the US Senate the results are even worse.

And it seems that Chuck Schumer will keep control of the chamber with a 50-50 “tie” — or even increase the size of his majority to a commanding 51-49.

Any way you look at it, at the federal level, this wasn’t a ‘Red Wave’ election that will end the threat to our gun rights in Congress. With an emboldened White House maintaining control of the United States Senate, you and I are in for a fight.

That’s why I hope that you will immediately renew your membership in the North Carolina Firearms Coalition for 2023, so that we can defend your gun rights in D.C. and expand them in Raleigh!

You see, while gun owners didn’t experience a ‘Red Wave’ in Washington, D.C., we held the line here in North Carolina, as pro-gun voters did their work at the polls!

While Roy Cooper wasn’t on the ballot, thanks to gun owners both the State House and the State Senate maintained majorities in Raleigh – with the Senate gaining enough votes for a SUPERMAJORITY and falling just ONE vote short of a Supermajority in the Assembly.

(NCFC members know that there’s a big difference between being a Republican and being pro-gun, and Raleigh is full of RINOs. But it is always something that NCFC can be proud of when our members defeat gun-grabbing Democrats!)

But it wasn’t just legislative races where gun owners sent a message.

Ted Budd defeated gun-grabbing Democrat radical Cheri Beasley, and Budd is a huge upgrade over outgoing US Senator Richard Burr, who was notorious for his betrayal of gun owners.

While the Primary Election is where the North Carolina Firearms Coalition does our best work, the message sent to the politicians in Raleigh on November 8th was unmistakable: if you attack our gun rights, gun owners will attack your career!

These were great and critical victories.

More specifically, these were YOUR victories.

You see, every piece of our election program was paid for by the members of the North Carolina Firearms Coalition. And I couldn’t be more proud of how gun owners stepped up to the plate and voted PRO-GUN on Nov 8th.

But if there’s one thing that we’ve learned from the Democrats over the years, it’s to never let your foot off the gas, especially when you have the momentum!

And that’s why I hope you’ll renew your membership in the North Carolina Firearms Coalition, because we’re going to hit the ground running with an ambitious agenda in Raleigh in 2023!

First, the North Carolina Firearms Coalition will be going ‘all in’ on a REAL Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) bill, which instructs North Carolina cops to enforce North Carolina gun laws — preventing Biden from using them to enforce his federal gun control agenda.

The election doesn’t change the fact that Biden can continue to attack our gun rights through Executive Orders.

But Biden’s handlers are counting on our cops to do his dirty work and enforce these Executive Orders. SAPA law would prevent that, and without the free use of North Carolina cops, Biden simply wouldn’t have the manpower to enforce his agenda.

Gun owners in Missouri already passed and enjoy the nation’s best SAPA law, and now we believe it’s time for the Second Amendment Preservation Act in North Carolina too!

Second, we will be redoubling our efforts to pass Constitutional Carry.

The fact is, our right of self-defense against criminals and tyrants is endowed on us by our Creator, not given to us by government conditional on license fees and taxes.

If you can legally own and possess a firearm, you should be able to carry it without begging government for permission, as twenty-five states have already declared and passed into law.

And even if Governor Cooper vetoes the bill and we cannot find enough votes for a veto override, it will tee up Constitutional Carry to be a massive, statewide issue in the 2024 Gubernatorial elections!

Finally, we’ll need to be ready for a massive fight as gun-grabbing Democrats AND RINO Republicans are looking for a way to:

➜➜➜ Enforce a statewide registry of every gun owner in North Carolina. This has been the goal of the radical Democrats ever since Roy Cooper took office and they’re going to go for it if they can get the votes. The gun-grabbers need to pass this bill first, as the necessary building block for eventual gun confiscation!

➜➜➜ Pass Red Flag Gun Confiscation laws for all North CaroliniansUnder this scheme, government agents could bust into your home to seize your guns with ZERO due process just because someone complains about you. Totally unconstitutional.

I could list many more.

But the fact is that despite our majorities in Raleigh, passing pro-gun bills and stopping gun control is going to be a big task with Governor Cooper on the warpath.

The North Carolina Firearms Coalition is going to have to do what we do best: mobilize our army of gun owners using direct mail, internet and digital ads, and our powerful email program to inundate the Capitol with grassroots pressure from gun owners!

But running these programs — at the size we’ll need to run them — isn’t cheap. And after the massive amount we just spent on our 2022 election program, we simply don’t have the funds we need to do all of this.

That’s why I hope that you will renew your membership
in the North Carolina Firearms Coalition immediately so that we have the ammo we need to keep fighting for you in 2023
!

The membership level you choose is up to you. But we have a tremendous amount of work to do to protect and advance the Second Amendment in Raleigh this year, and that’s why I hope you’ll agree to renew at the Patriot level ($125) today!

I know that’s asking a lot, but the stakes are high and we MUST seize this opportunity.

So if Patriot Level membership is just not possible, please consider a renewal at the Freedom Level ($75) or at least the Liberty Level ($35) of membership.

Your membership renewal level is up to you, but with everything that we’re facing in 2023, please act fast!

For Freedom,

Chris Dorr, Director
North Carolina Firearms Coalition

P.S. While we didn’t see a ‘Red Wave’ in D.C. on election night, gun owners appear to have reclaimed the House. At the same time, gun owners here in North Carolina crushed Cheri Beasley and legislative Democrats, despite Bloomberg’s best efforts!

This is the momentum that the North Carolina Firearms Coalition needs to protect and advance our Second Amendment in Raleigh during the upcoming legislative session!

But we need your help to mobilize gun owners. Please renew your membership in NCFC for 2023 with a Patriot, Freedom, or Liberty level membership right away!
